Elastomer Compatibility Testing

Once our expansion is complete, we will be able to carry out dynamic tests on 60 test heads with radial shaft seals in parallel. This will enable us to carry out reproducible dynamiy seal compatibility tests. In addition to the endurance runs themselves, it is of fundamental importance that the rotary shaft seals (RSS) are evaluated by a qualified using a 360° laser and a white light interferometer, and the radial force is measured. Additionally, the sealing edge is analysed microscopically to check for any hardening of softening, using high-resolution microidentation. All results are summarised in a detailed final report with an evaluation. Thank to our unique expertise, we are a reliable partner fpr our customers in the oil and additive industries.
