Non-contact measurement of O-rings up to 150mm outer diameter

Our state-of-the-art measuring systems enable the non-contact and automated measurement of O-rings up to an outer diameter of 150 mm using the transmitted light method. The inner diameter, cord thickness and outer diameter are measured with maximum precision.

The non-contact determination of the cord thickness is carried out in a radial direction due to the measurement method. For applications that require measurement of the axial cord thickness, we also offer the option of carrying this out using separate measuring probes or a laser scanner test.
